Jason Scheer is saying so. I am not a paid subscriber to his 247 content but the VT commenters under his Twitter Tweet are backing Scheer up. I am hearing that Virginia Tech, NC State, UNC & Clemson & FSU all voted it down. I do think it is FIVE schools, not Four as usually is possibly included. Always listed on most media sites as four or five opposing. I think it is FIVE by the way it has gone dead in the water. If is was just four. Hell would be being turned over to get that 12th affirmative vote. I don't know the ACC. However it would be hell in the SEC.
