Texas A&M has a more firm base in the SEC than Arkansas, That huge fan base. The SEC will relish getting that Longhorn/Aggie rivalry. Arkansas had been playing LSU as their year end rival game for 20 years. The Aggies wanted that slot to play LSU as soon as they entered the SEC. The Aggies soon got that LSU game in the Arkansas slot. Arkansas got Missouri to fill that scheduling slot. I read that Aggies permanently peeved stuff on this site. None of those deep south schools are heading to the B1G. The fan base would erupt in a revolt. What university is going to enrage 90% of the fan base?
