Is this round of expansion over?

I think expansion barring Notre Dame entering the B1G is over for about the next decade. The B1G taking Oregon or Washington in the next couple years could also thrown a big cog in that. The ACC Grant of Rights has the B1G or the SEC halted from poaching the ACC at least that decade. The SEC would probably then take Clemson & FSU. The B1G would then probably want to take North Carolina & Virginia, all those involved sharing that AAU educational status. That could still leave the SEC wishing to add to their southern geographical footprint in North Carolina & Virginia. Who knows if the B1G & SEC will stop at 20 team conferences? Probably not.
