Is the money just too exclusive?

After Notre Dame (and her partner if there is one), are there really any schools that add $100 million dollars value? Is every add henceforward a reduction in per school payout? $100 million is a bunch of money. Are the P2 maxxed out? Maybe there will only be room for a school like UNC because of combined value of brand, academics, market, and fanbase. We may have reached the place where anybody not in the P2 is just settling in to the new landscape of second tier. Crazy to think that Clemson, Miami, Oregon, Washington cannot make the grade. When The B1G starts getting paid under their new media deal, we will likely have our answer.
