I still want VT to do well, I attend games - as much for tailgates as the game - and I'm excited about the new stuff going on, but I don't follow it in excruciating detail - recruiting is just first offers on the table. My "support" for college football isn't binary. I'm not "shaking my fist and turning it off"...I still watch, but on my terms, I don't plan my weekends around it or scour the interweb to find the latest morsel...I'm fine with players getting NIL, but don't ask me to donate so 18-20 year olds can make 6/7 figures playing a game (yeah I know the time investment is more of a job - but it is still a game)
