Even if the super league comes to fruition, there will still be conferences

and college football because there will be plenty of DI, DII, DIII, NAIA DI, and NAIA DII schools that won't be included in the new league. I think most people (including yourself) would agree that American collegiate football is developing into 2 main camps. You have the P2 football camp which is inching ever so closer to becoming a pro league and you have every other school who can't financially afford to be apart of the other camp. Hence why I could see all of college football or just the P2 football spin off on its own particularly when you consider the roster size compared to the other sports currently sponsored by the NCAA and NAIA schools. All the non-P2 schools could be on board with spinning football off on its own because it would open the door for them to sponsor more men's sports. Even if P2 football is the only football to spin off on its own, what would that mean for the other sports currently sponsored by the P2 schools? Hence why I suggested there is a possibility that the P2 conferences may have different sets of membership lists; one for just football and another one for all the other sports remaining in the NCAA. Remember some decisions made by the schools, the courts, and even government institutions won't just impact the NCAA DI-FBS schools. It could impact the NCAA DI-FCS, NCAA DI non-football, NCAA DII, NCAA DIII, NAIA DI, NAIA DII, JUCOs, and Community Colleges that currently sponsor sports.

Mizzou doing well. Best bet is to stay and push the SEC to invite KU.
