competency of CT's leadership, but it is my guess that they have the exact same problems that any school not in the P2 have, and that is money. When athletic budgets and revenue approach more that $200M a year for the tOSU's of the world, I don't see how any leadership of any University can keep up with that. Texas Tech has a billionaire as one example. Duke has pretty deep pockets with their donors. What has your leadership done wrong with the resources they have? (not trying to poke the bear, just trying to understand)
