and I think the University Presidents just need to adapt to them. If they want to see if they can get Congress to pass laws, sure, but that takes time and the courts can interpret them differently even if passed. So short term adapt, and see what you can do to move the laws and courts, but I think they could be fruitless, so adapt and stop acting like you can change it, when there has been no sign of that. In other words, do what Duke is doing, and hurry up before you get left behind.
