OSU has fans as passionate as VT. maybe not the market.

K-State would be a better fit for VT, for the same reasons - but KU has the KC market hands down - and that includes Missouri, so they could be a sleeper for the ACCN. Baylor plays above itself, but all of the B12 filled their stadiums except KU in football. TT and ISU are extremely passionate, but are second and 4th? in their respective States. The 4 newbies and 4 PAC you already know about. It would be tough to get KU without K-State unless you are the BIG or SEC. Either way, college athletics need both the B12 and ACC to be strong conferences, and we all know that any school from either conference would take the call from the Big 10 and SEC - but the New16 has been picked over already - you guys have not.
