Me too, but at the time, the PAC was intact (mostly), and while

FSU was whining, there was no litigation. I don't think anyone saw the PAC dissolving, and just what a game changer that would be. I thought the basketball angle was where the B12 was headed, with football money just enough to field competitive teams. I also thought the expansion of the playoffs with 6 auto's would be an equalizer, but we now have 5 auto's and "guaranteed" money - which is bull ****, and all but guaranteed that there would not be an equalizer moving forward. I know the speculation is out there to add ACC members to the B12, but like the PAC, college football needs the ACC to remain intact, and to be competitive. Things are changing fast, but if yet another auto is taken away from the expanded playoffs, the opportunities diminish for 90% of FBS.
