You are missing the point since the 8th division would be the only division

subject to promotion/relegation. Since most people on here don't know the "value" or "appeal" a G5 team has with other G5 teams, I had to tweak the example to only include schools that people are more familiar with. Also, it is entirely possible that the 8th division could end up being similar to my example because the promoted teams, regardless of the exact number, could end up from all the regions. Basically the pool of teams for the 8th Division will/could come from the AAC, Conference USA, MAC, MWC, Sun Belt, and any Independents not named Notre Dame. ** Edited by VTHokie2000 at 4/4/2024, 12:39:24 AM
