Yes, he said that - gap wasn't sustainable, etc. Sabre rattling to appease his base and threaten the ACC. But he also said repeatedly that the GOR wouldn't be an obstacle. That's legally and factually wrong and needlessly fanning the flames to make the fans think their is an out.
