Navy is football only to the American.

We were a football only member for a long time in the BEFC. UMass and Temple were in the MAC the same way, I believe. Maybe Idaho in the Sunbelt for a while, too? If we only want the CA schools for football, then we should be able to do that. I think a football only conference might not be allowed, although that should be easy to get around, IMO, but have a full conference of some of the members, like the BEFC.
