Even if the P2 want to do their own thing, how does the rest of DI, DII,

and DIII feel about the organization? I think most people would agree that any sport association will likely be self-governing. If the P2 decide to form their own association, then the structure will probably be very similar to the current structure of the NCAA. At least I can't see the P2 forming their own associate and not establish any rules. Likewise, if all the non-P2s want to remain together and rebrand the association, then it will likely be very similar to the current structure of the NCAA. Heck the NAIA is currently structured the same way as the NCAA. If the schools can't create the rules and the NCAA can't enforce those rules, then how can the association even function?
