Even if it ends up being another organization or organizations, then do you

think most people will view that organization as being no different than the NCAA? Heck do you view the NAIA differently than the NCAA? I ask because the NAIA is/will have to deal with the same issues the NCAA is facing now since it is another collegiate athletic association. FWIW the NAIA currently has a couple (I think 2 or 3) Canadian members and the NCAA currently only has 1 Canadian member (Simon Fraser). I'm not sure how the court rulings would apply to those schools and what happens if the court rulings or changes in the US law ever comes into conflict with Canadian law.
