FSU is either a hollow threat or they're gone anyhow. Now that the August

15 deadline has passed, that increases the odds that it is a hollow threat. I guess there's a school of thought that they needed another year to get their challenge together, but you'd think they would have figured out their escape angle by now. If more teams get added then a vote to dissolve is even more unlikely.
