Would have to expand the NCAA tournament, & pay the Sweet 16 like football

playoff for Duke to be of value to a P-2 IMHO. Heck if they do that and the ACC can average 2 in the football playoff, then it might not fall so far behind money wise. at least at the top of the conference. Most people are biased by what is right in front of them, but guys like John Skipper and Bob Thompson are alluding to a bigger NCAA field and money for the Sweet 16 being paid out like football. It's not here yet, but if that happens, it would completely change the Conference story. Remember any school that goes to the SEC from the ACC is going o have a much harder road to the football playoff. It's true for the B1G too! Have to beat Ohio State, USC, Wisconsin, Michigan, Michigan State etc. The only ACC team that can compete with those schools in the last 10 years is Clemson, and will they still healthy like they do now playing those schools. The answer is an expansion of the NCAA tournament & paying the Sweet 16 like the playoff could make a big difference for Duke & others
