Those G6 schools get paid to play P4 teams. This is going to hurt them
The G5 schools are already making a fraction of what the P4 makes. Reducing OOC games is going to hit their budgets and weaken them. Or force some G6 schools to make hard decisions about how to spread money and maybe cut some sports.
The SEC gets no props because they are now just doing what everyone else was already doing, playing a harder OOC schedule. Expect the SEC to start having a lot more losses.
