It would be interesting to see how long that bad blood would still exist if

the Big Ten and SEC decide to end up working together in some fashion to form either a super league or new association/NCAA division level. For example, if the 2 conferences were exploring options to balance out divisions, then would Mizzou turn down an opportunity to be placed in a division with Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa St, Iowa, maybe Minn, and maybe Wisconsin or remain in a division that could look like this Arkansas, Kentucky, Tenn, Vandy, maybe UNC, and maybe UVA? I realize I am assuming the payout would be the same for both conferences and that the division structure could vary slightly depending on the number of schools invited to have a seat at the P2 table. I do believe that if the P2s ever decide to breakaway from the rest of the DI schools in whatever fashion, then it will require them to work together particularly when they are at the bargaining table.

Mizzou doing well. Best bet is to stay and push the SEC to invite KU.
