IMHO we are very attractive to those who take time to really look
But it does not seem at least publically, anyone wants to do that. It's all about football until it comes to VT vs UVA and UNC, then it is all about Bball. It is all about the AAU until a real look says VT is right there and with BIG backing, we would be in immediately. It is all about the "flagship" schools but that assumes that VT and NCSU lag behind UVA and UNC in everything.
the current version is it is all about UNC and those "connected" to them. Fortunately it is not over and I have to believe that the BIG and SEC know they can't win Virginia taking UVA nor can they win NC taking just UNC at least initially. If it becomes that UVA and UNC, even if they are a constant bottom quartile and they are all the "big time" schools the area has are those 2, then it may be a different.
