The ACC is not like the PAC and fought ESPN. The GOR is an Agreement, Contract, Covenant between 14 teams in 9 states to share and share alike and granting to the ACC something like a POA. It is so much bigger than just the ACC. It is so much bigger than a state court suit in SC or FLA. The issue of the GOR must be the 1st thing the court decides because a whole lot of the other stuff is based on whether the GOR is valid.
