GMU has a large piece of undeveloped land

North of Braddock road and west of Ox road. There indoor track, baseball field and intramural field are there. But there is more then enough open land to build a football stadium. The issue is traffic and Fairfax County. Mason does also have land in Prince William County at Innovation Park. Mason seems content not having a football team. But if they changed their minds, it is 100% achievable.
