IMHO yes if VT & NCSU got SEC invites or all 4 to 1 P2 Conference which is

more likely to the SEC, because they are a Rivalry Conference first. Look at all of the SEC acquisitions whether recent or in the last 30 years, they were all about rivalries. Even Mizzou borders other SEC states, although they are the weakest to fit the model. The rest are close geographical rivals, with some in the same state.
