This order IMHO assuming schools leave the ACC,

First place is a tie: 1) Most academic people want B1G 1) Most Athletic people want the SEC because Lane will be off the hook for every SEC game and they are closer for other sports 3) Stay with remaining ACC, it will still have some good football schools and it’s much more like minded academically, and other sports than the B12. I am good with SMU, but not the California Schools, it’s just too far. However, Phillips move on this saved the Conference if the Mag 7 leave. IMHO they grab UCONN, USF, Tulane, Rice and become the Academic Conference of Champions with mainly basketball first schools. 4) B12 5) Sun Belt, very little chance 4 and 5 happen, never say never, so I listed them too
