Dang, I had NO idea that the federales
had solved those I-64/Colonial Parkway murders. I remember the rumors about a serial killer working that stretch of highway when I was at VT in the late 80s.

something like âhey bud, donât stop on I-64 for any reason, if itâs a cop go somewhere with peopleâ when I would head down to the beach from Richmond.
