New York State proposes allowing boys to play on girls high school sports
Teams when their is no men’s team of the same sport at the high school.
This includes softball. Cant wait to see the kids who can’t make the baseball team sign up to play girls softball. Volleyball also included. Many NY high schools don’t have boys teams. Now they can try out for the girls.

Good intended ruling that unfortunately will get terrible press

I said here that it wouldn't end at bathrooms and before long men would be playing women's sports and dominating. Several people called me an alarmist and a other not so nice names. But guess what....
The worst part is that women and men with daughters still support the pols that support this stuff (most of whom don't agree with it but are afraid of the rainbow mob).

is based on nothing but grievances and change. Even after the legitimate issues have been addressed, you can never stand still. You have to keep pushing the boundaries and latch onto the next great cause. Moving further and further away from rationality because if you run out of grievances then the movement dies.

...they would buy a WNBA team and load the roster with men. The team would dominate, and tons of people like me would tune in to watch the league for the very first time. It would be glorious...as would the mental gymnastics the people pushing for trans athletes would have to do to support it while not totally crapping on women's rights at the same time.

I’m hoping that will be the next move for NCAA…..
That way my kid can do Varsity Triathlon. It just became a scholarship sport for women. Complete BS that the men have no D1 Varsity option.

According to USAT…..The women will compete at Sprint distances…..
750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run. Lots of colleges have men’s triathlon clubs (including VT). It is very competitive. I’ve linked the results from this year’s collegiate nationals. The men do Olympic distances. I know some of the athletes. They are legit. VT placed 13th and UVA placed 33rd overall.
