ANCC is private and not federally owned, despite the name.
A not fun fact .. the 9/11 airliner that hit the Pentagon flew over the clubhouse on pretty much the same track you see in the picture.

Va Beach area Navy golf courses. The beer vending machines every 4 holes were quite the draw for us 16 year olds.
