Yea, every Valentines Day, my wife and I joke that all we remember is a few

years back when we had a snow/ice storm. I have 20-25 very tall mature pines in my yard, and one very alive limb came down that morning and landed lengthwise on my wife’s Honda in the driveway. Completely crushed it from front to rear. I remember trying to drive it down to the body shop a couple miles away that afternoon, with my head out the window as the only way I could see. Windshield crushed and sunroof leaking in ice/snow as I drove. Amazing I didn’t kill myself or someone else. Anyway, ended up totaling her car. Over $13,000 in damages. I hate snow/ice.

You owe them nothing legally, unless the limbs were dead. Ice caused them
