Of course you are right on insurance, no coverage as no damage was done

on my side other than the damage to the tree. It won't kill the lace bark elm, but it will have to be cut back significantly so it will not be out of proportion. I'm paying for all the debris removal, she is using her homeowners to cover damage to her vehicles. Nobody was hurt, life goes on.
