Don't know, but his football head coaching program skills has resulted in
the last two head coaching hires becoming losing unmotivated multi-millionaires. To some degree major incentives based on success should be in their contracts. Earn their way to being multimillionaires. But, who knows how/if that works?

Self-Written Contract Thru 2029..About $1M per year
The problem, is that Tim Sands and the BOV think WB is doing a good job! That is the powers base. All of our fussing and fuming are just air. At this point, I see no change coming unless things get really bad.

Nuclear option....people don't go to games
I gave up my season tickets 2024 season after 20 years. Combination of reasons....ridiculous increase in seat premium for south end zone club, product on the field, and most of my tailgate group gave up in 2023. We bought tickets for game last night and in understand people have invested in season tickets this year but your statement is true....something big has to shake up the powers in control. Go to VT next week. Tailgate with your family and friend. Enjoy that experience. At game time just go home or stay at your tailgate. It's an ACC broadcast name. The sight of an empty stadium (or at least near empty) will give a real signal. Now I know it doesn't change the reality of the economics/NIL/conference realignment but with no effort nothing changes and this horrible situation becomes even worse.

Anything more than $1 is too much.
But probably in the range of $3 to $5 million.

Well, his current salary is ~$1.4 million, and his contract
runs through 2029, so, not including this year 4 times 1.4 equals ~$5.6MM. I don't remember if his buyout is less per year than his annual salary.

I’m not sure either.
It’s most likely the sum of his base pay plus possibly some other non-incentive benefits.
