He was pushing Green for 5 yards and caused him to not be able to catch it

They basically never call horse collar tackle
Only way I see it happen regularly is if a players gets instantly ripped down such that they land on both knees. If it takes a couple seconds, no call, if they can move their legs to land on the outside of their thigh, no call, etc.

That call hurt!! Cost us :30 secs due to Pry having no idea the referee wound the clock due to him having Felton’s forward progress being stopped. Timeout #2 needed to be called immediately.
