UVA's being sued to release the investigation into the FB player murders.
Seems like a safe bet that they wouldn't be preventing its release if they didn't look bad in the admission of the murderer and/or the lack of follow-up they did when his misbehavior continued once he enrolled.

Before the University adds any evidence to the investigation. I’m sure it’s tough for the families, but justice takes time.

Can't imagine anyone in Albemarle County would not have heard of the report before the trial.
