With Odom likely to WVU...
It is going to be painful if we have the same staff next year.

Odom looks like a great hire although I don't see where he has a ton of
connections to the East Coast. Maybe it won't matter for WVU, but I'd be a bit nervous about him at VT.

Rebuild….the current structure, administration, and personnel isn’t sustainable…especially in the new financial/NIL environment. We simply aren’t built for the new normal.

You make hires to get better. Period... its always a performance business, not just having a nice guy. pay for performance in all positions

particularly at the pro level, and should on the college level. What’s happening now in a lot of the highly publicized recruits cases is payment for potential rather than actual performance.
