Before GM became a thing. The three assistant coaches all have their individual contacts they will reach out to, individual AAU programs they are tight with and high school programs they have long relationships with as well. They film study, find their guys and then bring them to the table and the HC is the final arbitrer.

I've noticed there is a lack of contact from Transfer Portal 4 stars, who usually want more Cash than they may be worth, or the coaching staff knows are out of their price range. CMY and staff can find those players with value that are overlooked by other programs, and always have.
How much $$ do they have? General feeling from the board gurus is about same as last year, more or less.
We'll see before the 21st on some.
