First you look for players that might be a fit. Then you contact the
said player or his agent. I've noticed there is a lack of contact from Transfer Portal 4 stars, who usually want more Cash than they may be worth, or the coaching staff knows are out of their price range. CMY and staff can find those players with value that are overlooked by other programs, and always have.
How much $$ do they have? General feeling from the board gurus is about same as last year, more or less.
We'll see before the 21st on some.
