An observation and "atta boy" for Gurdak
Gurdak yesterday was outstanding, and just think he is only a freshman to what he can become. HIs play surely helped us win.
Hope the ACC refs don't see this. I was surprised that Gurdak was not called several times for "Moving Screens." Did anyone else notice that? Will be super glad to have our full team back soon, as CMY indicated in post game.

must take the position that nothing was gained so nothing is called, but it does appear to happen frequently by many players, not just VT

it too and is a master at it if you are referring to when they keep their defender from stopping a teammate driving to the bucket . Most teams do that now it just needs to be disguised to look like an innocent basketball move and they practice doing just that. Kind of like a pick play in a football game that will be called if it’s too obvious.

threat that he could score mid-range or an occasional 3 pointer. I wonder if that can be coached/added next year?

Hes adept at placing himself in the right position and using his heft. He was outstanding yesterday.
