Our team was one of the worst in P4 bb ly. Let's see how the personalities match up. Are some of them selfish me first types? How do they take to our coaches? Do they have the bb IQ to learn a new system on offense that is known to be rather difficult to pick up first year?
We will know by February I think.

There will be a lot of new guys in the top 8 or 9. Young does not have a good track record with getting guys to gel early - and winning early is critical.
