Complaints on here about Mutts; yeah he had 4 turnovers that look bad at
Times because he’s trying to create and vs a team like Ok St their D is so sticky there’s very little room for those passes often
BUT he hit 2 big 3s to make OkSt uncomfortable guarding him with Cisse
4 TOs BUT 4 assists And SIX STEALS. 6 steals is nuts

Mutts pro game wouldn't be so much in scoring as all the other things (rebounding, defense, etc).

having a solid year. 13 pts, 9 rebounds, almost 4 assists, over 1 steal per game on 62% shooting. He doesn’t suck as you noted during the game. Not to mention, he was just named ACC Player of the Week after his performances in the Minn./UNC games, so there’s that. Was today his best effort. Nope. Does he get a little sloppy with the ball sometimes? Yep. Everyone does. Is he going to make it in the NBA. Who knows. I know he brings a ton of intangibles to the table that don’t end up in a stat line…soooo if you are going to come on here and post, “[player] sucks”, you get what you deserve and need thicker skin my friend.

His line wasn’t horrible. 5/8 FG shooting (2/3 from 3). 4 RBs, limited due
to foul trouble (he got totally screwed on a rebound on a very bad call in the 2H) and to your point, 4 assists, 6 steals and 4 TOs (against a smothering, physical defense).

The turnovers
First was losing control of the dribble after getting bumped pretty hard.
Second was an attempted pass to Basile in the post that he left a little short.
Third was an I’ll-advised pass in traffic.
I didn’t see the fourth.
So a max of two of them were “bad”. I’ll take it.
