Question please regarding PRP

What was the sequencing? Did they withdraw and spin the blood the same day that you were injected? My doc says that the treatment is limited by the amount of PRP aspirate that can be obtained after centrifugation...two or three anatomical structures is the max number of locations he can inject per appointment. Did you have both knees treated on the same appointment? My directions are absolutely no NSAID drugs the week prior to PRP; no cortisone injections 6 weeks prior; and ideally no NSAID's 3 months after PRP. He says NSAID interferes with the complex healing process that many people can benefit from. Does this sound familiar to you?
