I don't know anything but what I see when he goes to the bench

wearing infrared knee braces. In any event I should not have mentioned it. FYI, collateral ligament injuries are not as predictive for future knee replacements as are meniscus and cartilage tears. I'm older than you and I played ball until the eighth of my twelve orthopedic surgeries kicked me off the court at age 58. I am in the process of trying viscosupplementation with PRP to save both knees. Artificial hips and two spine fusions is as much of my natural body as I want to lose to arthritis.
