my only rebuttal.. and it's a big what if

I doubt the big 10 and sec will allow schools to blow them out in revenue sharing / NIL. My hypothetical is wouldn't the big boys come to the table and re-write the laws to allow them to add addition payouts over the 20 million dollar cap? I stand corrected and some non- power 4 schools will have the money to beat the "football" schools in basketball revenue sharing I don't believe the power 4 commissioners will stand by without action to give their teams an even hand/ upper hand in and " equality " of payouts i'm very pessimistic by nature.
