What I didn't know is whether the CBAs would need to provisions to address the movement of players between the systems vs. the CBAs being truly independent of each other because there would never be a scenario where a school would be subject to multiple CBAs. The other thing I wasn't sure about is the impact Title IX could have on the parameters of what the CBA could and couldn't cover. For example, the schools couldn't enter into a CBA with just the 2 men's revenue sports and exclude the women altogether.
