Obviously difficult to speculate so far away from it happening...

But I do think it would make sense to have separate CBAs for the different divisions. Important to note the NCAA doesnt operate NAIA or JuCo as part of their umbrella, so if those had a CBA they'd for sure have to be separate from the NCAA member institutions You **might** be able to group D1 and D2 together as they can give athletic scholarships, but I dont see a world where its beneficial for D3 athletes to have the same representation as D1 when what they would want would be far different and what the schools would want would be fat different from their counterparts
