I think you're correct. But how can Young afford to put a guy

that's spent two years learning his system on the bench before he even knows who is coming in and how quickly they'll learn?Maybe Young already knows his ceiling and is willing to take the risk with better talent. I guess that would support MJ's comment that he wants a coach that believes in him.
