The ncaa is only what the schools want it to be

And certain schools have always been willing to burn it all down to win, or at least keep an inherent advantage. So in that regard the most powerful schools have gotten what they wanted from the ncaa. This sheet show is primarily on the universities and its most hard core boosters and what they demand.
