Yeah it is. It let things get this way through years of incompetence.

Inconsistent treatment on transfers, inconsistent treatment between male and female athletes, inconsistent penalties, or none at all for infractions. The greater entity basically buried its head in the sand on pretty much everything, particularly anything that required equal treatment. Now, the rest of it is going to get covered with dirt. The power brokers are simply preying on that.
