let them handle Advertising/NIL work directly through their agents, and not have collectives. In the Pro Leagues, players sign whatever deal they have, there is no stupid NIL collective behind it. I would also let Athletic Departments license their Football/Basketball programs, sell/rent it out to some billionaire out there, and let the Athletic Departments manage the Olympic Sports. What we are seeing nowadays has nothing to do with College Sports, these are Minor Leagues on steroids, at a certain level even competing with the NFL and NBA (look at Avdalas making more money by staying rather than going to the NBA where he might get drafted in the 2nd round, or at QBs who might get drafted in the later rounds but will stay to make way more money, looking at you Cole Beck)
