Totally agree with this reasonable post. One other thing that we are not

discussing is that the current roster is simply not improving under the current staff. This is not only factual (PER, analytics, etc) but it also jives w the eye test we are seeing. On the current roster, only Lynn Kidd has made a meaningful jump. This is more than alarming. A team outperforms when kids get a lot better before our eyes or way exceeds expectations. Think Keve Aluma, etc. Huge jumps in PER. CMY's guard development at VT has been underwhelming and it seems to be getting worse. Just sayin'
