His system isn't that rigid. It isn't harder to learn than most

But it is a system that requires less than average "freelancing" and more knowing that to beat better teams each player has to be a part of the whole. But these types of play together no freelancing often are less athletic and need to be in their 4th and 5th year to be able to consistently win against youngsters who are really good freelancers. Not sure there is a system that wins at a tourney level with 1st and 2nd year players unless a significant number of them are real blue chippers.
