not trying to have a knee jerk reaction but if a program can snipe arguably the most important player from a team, who is set up for tremendous success who is not in the portal during spring practice, it makes the whole idea of following a team seem pretty silly.

It seems like there is a lot of interest here in reyainin old playiers; but

Im not really worried about that. I mean, if we have pieces that can contribute immediately that's great but I’m not sure focusing on saving reluctant recruits from a previous system makes a ton of sense. All I’m saying is losing more players over the next few weeks might not be a bad thing, even if they are strong players. We want the right players for the new coach’s system.
